How to get out and try to conquer depression in 11 steps

Manual work helps facing hard situations from a new point of view, it increases self-awareness y allows us to see the clarity of the actions, making a situation of natural mental health.

It can be cooking, painting, inventing, DIY; all of these helps to improve our state of mind and mood. Focusing on creating clears the thoughts about worries and conditions coming from depression. Happiness and tranquility are easy to get through some activities.

3. Look at reality as it is

This problem could be worse if we pay attention to daily problems and loneliness. It’s okay not to be okay just don’t give up on trying to trump over the victim’s thoughts.

7. Say yes to health egoism

Learn to be demanding towards yourself and your things. Don’t listen to manipulations or second intentions advice filled with the interest of others. Trust your instincts and fulfill your needs.

The feeling that comes from inside of you will define your actions and way of life. This helps to gain confidence and personality.

8. Use your imagination

Center your mind only in nice images and events. Do you remember the last time you were happy, capable, and satisfied? All you have to do is keep in mind those sensations: feeling powerful and full of joy, catching the wave of energy.
